Tollywood Actress Shriya is being linked with the drug scandal, as the Andhra Pradesh cops have perfect proof, to prove her as a guilty. The actress is seen giving poses to two Nigerians, on a foreign trip and cops say that the two Nigerians are also drug peddlers caught by other country officials a few days ago. Now, the AP police have disclosed that, the other country cops have informed them, about the whole issue and are suspecting few Indian celebrities in the scandal. Shriya Saran happened to be one of them, who is said to be terrible, tensed up, with the situation. Earlier, Shriya best friend Trisha was also linked this drug scandal and now Shriya joins her.

MAA asked all its members to not talk anything about the drugs and prostitution rackets and to comment or give bytes to the television channels that are bloating the issue to immeasurable limits. On yesterday one of the news channels announced that the phone numbers revealed by police officials on the name of tollywood artistes are not related to them. So, MAA warned all its members not to talk any thing about these issues.

Jyothi said, "I went to that Apartment to talk about a film with assistant director Chandu. At the sametime, Police came for raiding. I am not a person of like that and I am ready for any kind of Medical tests ". She requested film industry people and audience to believe her words.

Telugu cinema actresses Saira Banu and Jyothi were released on bail. Saira Banu and Jyothi, who were caught by the police in connection with prostitution, were released on bail later after due assurance from their family members.
