MAA Warns Artistes

It is learnt that Tollywood industry is suffering from drugs and prostitution rackets and the Movie Artists Association (MAA) has warned its members to stay away from the media regarding these issues. MAA asked all its members to not talk anything about the drugs and prostitution rackets and to comment or give bytes to the television channels that are bloating the issue to immeasurable limits.

On yesterday one of the news channels announced that the phone numbers revealed by police officials on the name of tollywood artistes are not related to them. So, MAA warned all its members not to talk any thing about these issues.

Hero Charan Reddy no more

Charan Reddy, husband of Akkineni’s grand-daughter Supriya, has been suffering from heart problem since some time. He attacked heart attack on Monday and was admitted to the Apollo Hospital, where he breathed his last. The postmortem report by Osmania Hospital forensic department, said that Charan died of liver failure due to alcoholism. He introduced in telugu film Ishtam and Shreya also introduced in that movie. Supriya has earlier acted with Pawan Kalyan in ‘Akkada Ammayi, Ikkada Abbayi’. The couple had developed differences and have been living separately. An year ago, Charan Reddy has applied for divorce from his wife Supriya.
