Sensational director S S Rajamouli confirmed the Eega release date as July6th. He says that graphical and post production work got delayed and he not compromised anywhere for the quality in the film. Kajal Agarwal acquired many offers only after Rajamouli's 'Magadheera' film. Kajal has accepted to dance for an Item Number in upcoming film titled 'Eega'. It is heard that Kajal couldnot turn down the offer when Rajamouli approached her with the Offer.

Successful Director of Tollywood S.S.Rajamouli's experimental flick 'Eega' has been launched today at Ramanaidu Studios, Hyderabad. Many Tollywood Celebrities like Ramanaidu, Raghavendra Rao, Venkatesh, V.V.Vinayak and Rajamouli Heroes like Jr.NTR, Raviteja, Ramcharan, Sunil and others attended the launching event today and made it a grand success. VV Vinayak gave the first clap for the first shot that was shot on Nani, Samantha and Sudeep. K. Raghavendra Rao switched on the camera and D. Ramanaidu directed this shot. Rajamouli said that 'Eega' is a low budget film and is not an animation film. The film is said to be a bilingual flick in Telugu and Tamil. The Tamil version of the film launch will be on Thursday in Chennai.

Superstar behind screen Rajamouli is currently working on 'Eega' project and when a question raised by Megastar Family fans that when he would work with Pawan Kalyan? He replied that " I am ready to do the film Pawan and it is not me to decide about the film and it all with Pawan Kalyan should decide on this issue ". Rajamouli earlier said that he would like to work with Pawan in future. Unfortunately both Director and Hero are busy till 2011 end.

SS Rajamouli tweets about his 'Eega' project 'at present am working on the subject for "eega".It will take a month or so before i take a decision on making it. Come on India will be airing on hmtv from 30th of this month. yes 'eega' is a housefly. it will be a combination of animation and live action. I cannot reveal anyhting more than that at present.'
