Nuvva Nena is a average film. Just an entertainment story. Story Shreya is a doctor. Sarvanand and Allari Naresh fell in love with shreya. Both reaches to shreya as a patients and starts loving her with out expressing to her. Sarvanand and Allari Naresh teases each other. Brahmanandam also in love with Shreya. Finally whose love will succeed need to watch on screen only It is a just entertainment movie without much story.Who watches this movie will enjoy upto some extent. Finally it is an average movie. Camera man effects are very poor.Music is average Dialogues are OK Vimalaraman song is average.

Allari Naresh is planning to act Ileana as his heroine at least in one film. Naresh has prepared a storyline that suits to Ileana. The story idea goes like this: the hero is an average guy who gets married to a beautiful woman. This man always suspects his wife and imagines his wife will enjoy with others in his absence. Quite often, he tells his wife he is going out of station on office work but returns home in disguise to find out whether she is alone or enjoying his absence with some other guy. And everytime he is proved wrong. How his wife comes to know about his lack of faith in her and how she teaches him a lesson forms the rest of the story. It is said Allari Naresh was not co-operative with Vamshi as Director said a different Climax when he narrated the story.
