Nagababu was not interested in Genelia to pick up as Heroine beside Ramcharan but Bhasker who shown her as Hasini in 'Bommarillu' has convinced him. But after the first reports received, many said that Genelia has become the minus point for film success. Some of them have said that if another heroine has chosen for the role, film would have rated atleast average. It is heard that Genie has demanded for extra remuneration as 'Orange' shooting delayed by few days. As Nagababu denied to pay the amount, she went to Mumbai and intimated that she is not going to attend the shooting. Nagababu has paid the amount and brought her back. 'Orange' film is all set to hit screens on 26th November and meanwhile a leaked story line is doing rounds in Filmnagar Circles. It is heard that Director Bhasker has made this film based on attacks on Indian Students in Australia. Ramcharan Teja will be seen as an Indian Student who goes Australia for higher studies and faces troubles. Initially Producer Nagababu has rejected the script but Bhasker after making some changes convinced Ramcharan to this film.
