Comedian Sunil hospitalized due to infection in lungs. He was suffering from high fever from past 3 days and he took anti biotics. He initially suffered with gastric problem and later health became worse. As there is a more dosage of anti biotics, he faced difficulty in breathing and he was admitted in AIG hospital, Gachibowli. Sunil fans got upset after knowing this news. As of now he was kept under observation and doctors says that now he is doing good.  He acted in Ala Vaikunthapuram loo movie and also he played a important role in Ravi Teja Disco Raja, which was all set to release on 24th Jan 2020. As his health is not supporting, Sunil failed to attend the promotion events of Disco Raja movie.

Sunil answered a journalist asking why heroines are not willing to pair up with him, he said, "We cannot blame them. It is obvious that they think twice to pair up with a comedian turned hero. But they should also realize that I'm far better than many heroes those cannot dance at all for songs. And I think I can entertain masses as a comedy hero. My physique is also on par with any action hero now. So, what lacks in me. If they can look at me in this perspective they need not think twice. There is a dancer, comedian and fighter in me".

Sunil who is doing the Telugu version of the Bollywood hit ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ has opted for Parvathy Melton. Earlier, there was a buzz that this was to be done by Taapsee but now her place seems to have been taken by this red wine beauty.

According Film Nagar gossips Comedy hero Sunil is said to be doing the lead role in one of the Lakshmi Prasanna pictures film and Dr Mohan Babu will be seen in a full-fledged role as a father-in-law to Sunil in the film. Rayudu Gaariki Kopamocchindi is the title of the film. Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan are penning the script. Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna will look after the production works.

Director Devi Sri Prasad finalized Tapsee in Telugu remake of Bollywood hit film Tanu weds Manu. Original Hindi version of this film had Madhavan and Kangna Ranaut performing hot lip kiss scene. Same scene will be done as it is. Recently Taapsee completed one year in films after debuting with Jhummandi Nadam and completing Mr. Perfect, Vastadu Naa Raju.

Varma went ahead and did a 30 minutes cut down on the length of the film and released it once again on Sunday. Those who saw it at the theatres are now saying that the edited version is better than the original. There is a positive feedback on the film after the trimming.
