Varma went ahead and did a 30 minutes cut down on the length of the film and released it once again on Sunday. Those who saw it at the theatres are now saying that the edited version is better than the original. There is a positive feedback on the film after the trimming.

Hero Charan Reddy no more

Charan Reddy, husband of Akkineni’s grand-daughter Supriya, has been suffering from heart problem since some time. He attacked heart attack on Monday and was admitted to the Apollo Hospital, where he breathed his last. The postmortem report by Osmania Hospital forensic department, said that Charan died of liver failure due to alcoholism. He introduced in telugu film Ishtam and Shreya also introduced in that movie. Supriya has earlier acted with Pawan Kalyan in ‘Akkada Ammayi, Ikkada Abbayi’. The couple had developed differences and have been living separately. An year ago, Charan Reddy has applied for divorce from his wife Supriya.
