On Sunday, Nayanathara, a devout Christian, got baptized into Hinduism at a simple ritual at Arya Samaj Mandir in Chennai. The Arya Samaj authorities who performed the Shuddhi programme on Nayanatara, later issued a certificate declaring that she has been transformed into a Hindu.

It is heard that Balakrishna wants to have Vidya Balan as his leading lady for his next cinema. Responding to the petition filed by Prabhu Deva wife Ramalath, the Chennai Family Court summoned Prabhu Deva and actress Nayantara to appear before the court on October 19. The couple has not attended the court today @11.30am and the judged has asked the Nadigar Sangam to issue summons to the actress as she is not seen for some time. The court has again ordered Nayantara and Prabhu Deva to appear in the court on November 23, 2010.

Young Tiger Jr.NTR was slightly injured while shooting for 'Shakthi' film in Manali. It is known that the film shooting is progressing in beautiful hill station in Manali and Jr.NTR slipped from a hillock while shooting a scene three days ago. Hero immediately rushed to hospital and entire unit clueless about his health till evening but finally they relieved after the good news that he was discharged in the late hours.
