Everyone knows about the helping nature of the tollywood hero Pawan Kalyan. Recently he donated 2 lakhs cheque for a small girl fro her kidney operation. Pawan Kalyan go through a paper ad regarding the kidney operation and he came to hospital with out any security and with out publicity. He donated 2 lakhs for the hospital people to do the kidney operation.
