Actress Ileana gave green signal to Item Song. She going to do an Item Song in Prabhas Movie Varadhi. Anushka and Richa Gangapadhyoya are lead female roles in that movie. Film unit says that they are showing Ileana in different look and Ileana going to put up weight also for this song.
