Chiranjeevi about to start news channel

Chiranjeevi has sold out his major shares from 'MAA TV' to start a new Channel. Now the latest update is that Channel is likely to titled as 'Power News' which is slated to be a 24 hours news channel mixed with few elements of entertainment.

A Formal Announcement about this news is yet to be made. It is heard that Channel could be launched on 22nd August, which happens to be Chiranjeevi Birthday.

Hero Charan Reddy no more

Charan Reddy, husband of Akkineni’s grand-daughter Supriya, has been suffering from heart problem since some time. He attacked heart attack on Monday and was admitted to the Apollo Hospital, where he breathed his last. The postmortem report by Osmania Hospital forensic department, said that Charan died of liver failure due to alcoholism. He introduced in telugu film Ishtam and Shreya also introduced in that movie. Supriya has earlier acted with Pawan Kalyan in ‘Akkada Ammayi, Ikkada Abbayi’. The couple had developed differences and have been living separately. An year ago, Charan Reddy has applied for divorce from his wife Supriya.
