There is rumours that hot Tollywood actress Ileana will soon be banned from acting in Tamil and Telugu movies.

The producer Mohan Nadarajan, in a complaint to the Tamil Film Producers’ Council and South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce, had alleged that Ileana had accepted an advance of Rs 36 lakh to act in his Tamil film titled Deiva Thirumagal opposite Vikram. She was also said to have given bulk dates for the movie.

At the last moment, Ileana allotted the same dates to Nanban, directed by Shankar. Mohan has said that he replaced Ileana with Anushka and the movie is complete now.


Mohan said that Ileana has not returned his signing amount, nor is she answering repeated phone calls. Now he has sought a ban on the Goan beauty. An associate of his has confirmed that Mohan lodged a complaint.

Hero Charan Reddy no more

Charan Reddy, husband of Akkineni’s grand-daughter Supriya, has been suffering from heart problem since some time. He attacked heart attack on Monday and was admitted to the Apollo Hospital, where he breathed his last. The postmortem report by Osmania Hospital forensic department, said that Charan died of liver failure due to alcoholism. He introduced in telugu film Ishtam and Shreya also introduced in that movie. Supriya has earlier acted with Pawan Kalyan in ‘Akkada Ammayi, Ikkada Abbayi’. The couple had developed differences and have been living separately. An year ago, Charan Reddy has applied for divorce from his wife Supriya.
