Mangala is a horror thriller. The story is about a hit and sexy film heroine Mangala (Charmy). She has countless fans and among them is Vijay Sai. He is mad about Mangala and he wants to gift her a car.

He asks for money and his father gives him the money he has made from black magic. When Vijay Sai goes to met Mangala, there is a melee and in this melee Mangala get furious as she thinks that Vijay Sai has groped her. The driver and other security people of Mangala beat up Vijay Sai black and blue.
Vijay is shocked and shamed by all this. He tries to commit suicide. He is taken to hospital but he refuses treatment. He tells his father that he will take medicines only if Mangala comes to see him.

Pradeep Rawath meets Mangala and requests her to come to the hospital but she refuses. Vijay Sai dies. A furious Pradeep Rawath now wants to take revenge on Mangala. So he takes recourse to black magic and ‘Sakuch’. This will mean sure death for Mangala. The rest of the story is whether Mangala will die or will she manage to escape from the evil effects of the black magic.
